All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from receipt of the order confirmation email. When we ship the order, you will receive a specific notification. However, the order fulfillment or delivery times may vary based on the high volume of orders to be processed or for reasons related to courier problems.

SHIPMENTS IN ITALY

The shipping rates for the order will be calculated and displayed at check-out and if the order amount exceeds € 99.00, the shipping price will be free throughout the Italian national territory.

PICKUP IN STORE

You can also avoid shipping costs by collecting them at our store in Isernia, Corso Garibaldi 76. After you have placed your order and selected local collection at check-out, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We offer international shipping worldwide and your order's shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Alexander Clothing is not responsible for these additional charges, which are your responsibility as a customer.

ORDER STATUS

When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours within the dedicated area in your account.

If you do not receive the order within 3 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@alexanderabbigliamento.it specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
